Who We AreWho We Are
As One Ministry is an organization founded on biblical principles with a focus on family life. We have been married for 13 years and know the trials and difficulties life has to offer. Having experienced divorce from one another for a year, we now rejoice in the restoration of our marriage and are excited about sharing our experience and helping others avoid divorce. The tools we have created by the prompting of the Holy Spirit are available for anyone willing to receive them as they determine they will overcome the tests that marriages face.
We, (Thomas and Natasha Gibson) are followers of Jesus Christ who have been water baptized and are Spirit filled believers of God’s word. We have answered the calling of God upon our lives and want to coach others through difficult times. – Back to top.What We Believe
We profess that Jesus Christ is the only Son who is born of God.
We believe it is through confession of the mouth and belief in the heart that Jesus died, was buried and resurrected, that anyone who accepts him as their Lord and Savior is saved from the eternal absence of God.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to receive salvation and thereby, communion with the one and only living God, our Creator.
We believe the word of God is the infallible truth as experienced by those who we read about in the Bible, and as it is relayed to us through the many writers of the Bible, by the leading of God’s Holy Spirit.
We believe that God ordained marriage to be between one man and one woman.
We believe that each family unit was designed to operate with a husband and wife as leaders of their home.
We believe it is the responsibility of every follower of Jesus Christ to read the entire Bible, from beginning to end.
Why We Do What We Do
We know what it is like to feel as though no one understands what you’re going through. We’ve been there. How many times have you prayed for help with your relationship to your spouse and none seemed to come. Often times, friends and family provide advice, and we listen, but our hearts remain empty and our soul cries out for an answer.
We know that God desires to be first in our lives. We know that He is able to help us but we seem to get in our own way. More often than not, we seek the counsel of men instead of God’s word and that counsel is like a pharmaceutical drug. It provides a temporary fix but offers no cure. It only masks the problem and makes us dependent on it. At As One Ministry, we seek the counsel of God’s word. Do you have a problem with communication in your relationship? There’s an answer in the word. Do you have a problem understanding what your purpose in life is? There’s an answer in the word. Want to know what motivates your spouse? There’s an answer in the word.
All that we do has the ultimate objective of supporting strong marriages. Our teaching format includes the coaching of people who are single, dating, engaged, married, divorced and widowed. If marriage is a possibility we want to support you in that effort.
How We Operate
Our operative goal is to deliver all of our services in excellence. Our teachings are extracted from the principles of God’s word and we hold ourselves accountable to their standards. Our compassion is directed at winning your heart for Christ so that your life shines with the light of God as a beacon to others. We want to share with you what it takes to maintain your life and relationships in alignment with what God’s word says. We accomplish our objectives through workshops, conferences, webinars and blogs.
Where We Are Located
We appreciate a peaceful setting that is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. We aspire to build a facility to accommodate married couples & single mothers while they experience the coaching of As One Ministry in a magnificent country setting, just North of Fort Worth. Until we have accomplished our goal of raising our facility, we are seeking a smaller office and will schedule coaching sessions, workshops, and conferences at different locations.
