Is As One Ministry registered with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts?
As One Ministry, Inc. is registered with the Texas Comptroller and enjoys a Certificate of Account Status that is in “good standing.”

Is As One Ministry registered with the Texas Secretary of State?

As One Ministry, Inc. is registered with the Secretary of State and listed with an “active” status.

Is As One Ministry a 501(c)(3) entity?

As One Ministry, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) entity recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.  All financial contributions made to As One Ministry, Inc. are tax deductible.

Do I need a receipt for my contributions?

If you plan to file for tax deductions for your contribution and your donation exceeds $249.99, according to Tax Guide For Churches and Religious Organizations – Publication 1828, page 24, Substantiation Rules. “A donor cannot claim a tax deduction for any single contribution of $250 or more unless the donor obtains a contemporaneous, written acknowledgment of the contribution from the recipient church or religious organization. A church or religious organization that does not acknowledge a contribution incurs no penalty; but without a written acknowledgment, the donor cannot claim a tax deduction.”

Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service Tax Exempt Status for Your Organization – Publication 557 states, “A donor can deduct a charitable contribution of $250.00 or more only if the donor has a written acknowledgement from the charitable organization.”

Donations via this website will afford the donor a receipt of the transaction regardless of the amount donated. If you elect to provide a donation to As One Ministry via other means, please request a return receipt with your donation and one will be provided to you in a timely manner.

Because we are a recognized IRS non-profit organization, your contribution(s) to As One Ministry are tax deductible.
